I am a Reiki Master-Teacher, Holistic Therapist, Meditation and Mindfulness Tutor, Catalyst Life Coach and Clairvoyant Medium. I specialise in energy work and positive psychology for the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement and other life crises.
I became a Reiki healer in 2008. I worked at a healing charity before becoming a professional therapist in 2012. I am a Reiki Master-Teacher in both the Usui-Tibetan tradition and Karuna style. I practise a range of therapies for individual wellbeing as well as teaching Reiki, Meditation and Mindfulness.
Previously, I worked in the music industry, and before that was a fitness instructor. I have always been interested in health and fitness, but for a long while I was more concerned with diet and exercise than the spiritual side of well-being.
My interest in holistic work came from personal experience. I found out first hand the immense impact that mental and emotional stress has on the physical body. In an effort to recover from my own stress-related illness, I began to look beyond physical remedies to understand the mental/emotional causes.
I believe that we are more than a body and a mind, that we are spiritual beings. Through Reiki training and healing sessions, I seek to assist people on their path of personal and spiritual development. When the client is ready and energy blockages are cleared away, they start to see and experience the world in a more positive way.
I specialise in energetic healing, clearing and release using Reiki, Sekhem, Psychic Surgery and Theta Healing™.

I completed training as a Catalyst Life Coach in July 2015, so that I can provide greater psychological support to clients who are going through anxiety, depression and other forms of distress.
I believe that stress management is vitally important for our long term mental wellbeing. Within Reiki and Meditation Classes and in Coaching, I teach mindfulness techniques. These are useful for managing difficult feelings and can also lead to greater enjoyment of life.
I teach clients how to manage and protect their energy and state of mind: how to avoid being overwhelmed by lifestyle demands, negative self-talk and other people’s emotions.
I believe it’s important for everyone to understand how they can take control, rather than feeling that life is running them down. I am available to give talks, workshops and radio interviews on these subjects: Stress, Personal Development, Wellness, Life Balance, Spirituality. Recent talks in 2015 have included “Healthy Ways to Handle Stress” and “The Power of Self-Belief”.
